64) I prefer TTRPGs with some form of mulligan, luck dice or reroll mechanic for player morale purposes.

Players get frustrated when they fail a roll they statistically should pass, but after getting a reroll or two & still failing, they tend to laugh a little more about the absurdity of it.

63) Chain rolling is just as obnoxious as rules lawyers hassling the GM.

I get it if it's a matter of a PC's life and death or could lead to a TPK, but if it's just a research roll for lore or something not that big, just take the L and move on, I'm DYIN over here.

62) it's weird as hell to me that when folks make characters they don't imagine how they would look at endgame.

61) Anybody who cuts off a GM's villain monologue should immediately be cursed/disadvantaged/given a major negative penalty on their next 3 non-initiative rolls that combat.

Let the GM have their moment before you crush their Big Bad into paste.
They deserve it.

50) Hammers and Blunt Weapons should actually be better at killing people in heavy armor than piercing weapons. Just saying, as somebody who's fought with swords in the SCA, Hammers and Bludgeons will kill you way faster than trying to jimmy a sword into armor gaps.

49) Stop taking over each other at the table.

We have this concept in organizing called "STEP UP, STEP BACK". Basically, if you find yourself talking a lot, step back & let others speak. If you havent been talking, speak up.

It makes the table much less chaotic & more fun!

56) I dont get Pulp Adventure games.

Most tropes associated with the pulp genre seem to be all the racist/sexist tropes from the 60s, 70s, 80s & 90s that in any other context would get rightly called out as being not acceptable in the modern age.

I never grew up with it, so it misses me entirely.

55) Sonic weapons and magic should be WAY STRONGER than they are in most TTRPGs. A weapon/magic that goes completely through almost all armor? That sounds *ludicrously* potent.

54) 95% of your fights dont need to be to the death. GMs, soldiers bail when they start dying like flies because nobody wants to die. Players, offer & accept terms of surrender if the fight is becoming a slaughter (either way)

It's the actual least folks can do.

Gnolls are speedbumps in the way of low level characters, the only difference I see is that you just need half as many Gnolls as you would goblins & kobolds.

I think they fit neatly in the slot of "Lil Guy" XD

53) Flying enemies *sound* like they would be really bad for balance in most fantasy games, until you realize half of your parties tend to rock long range magic, and the other half can carry cheap missile weapons for a pittance.

Ya'll just being babies it because you can't punch birds.

52) Daggers and holstered pistols should be drawn as a free action.

I get the want for realism, but straight up we know what power fantasy folks have when they take both of those weapons, and it's too dope to deny.
