Can anyone explain how Republican voters put up with this crap?

Trump is saying the quiet part out loud: he sent a $20B taxpayer-financed bailout to help his far-right buddy Milei cling to power.

Meanwhile our government is shut down, public servants aren't getting paid & we're barreling toward a Trump-made health care crisis. Sounds like Argentina First to me.

Congress and the president are paid by the Fed so, even tho’ they are voted in, they are government employees. So…off with their paychecks!!! Until this mess is stopped. Bet they would get it done a lot faster.

Are Republican voters happy with the government shutdown? If not, don’t they make their objections known? I can’t believe everyone employed by the Fed is a Democrat or Independent.

History repeats. Dec 2018, when Rump was prez and the Repugnicans held Congress, the longest fed shut down happened. 35 days, it was.

This stupidity going on now is why we need a third political party. We have 3 levels of government. We need 3 parties to run it.

CEO pay is up 1,094% since 1978, while worker pay is up just 26%.

Why do we always hear "we can't afford to pay our workers more" but never "we can't afford to pay our CEO more"?

It is time for judges to actually say that an Executive Order is NOT a law. So, judges, don’t just vacate the Order. Only Congress can write laws. The Bench needs to clearly put the King-wanna-be in his place.

Trump wants to get rid of mail-in ballots so he can intimidate voters with federal troops stationed at the polling stations.

Hard to scare people who can just quietly mail in their votes.

Protect mail-in voting at all cost.

I live near DC. Crime has been going down for 2 years now. If the carjackers hadn’t picked on a former DOGE, nothing would have been said about DC crime by He-who-would-be-king. Yet when the traitorous rioters hit the town on Jan 6, he had nothing to say.
