$100k per petition/submission is absurd. These workers are here for specialized and/or extraordinary jobs. They are not impeding on any other person's job.

A little life update:

I failed the bar again, but not nearly as mad as I was before, primarily because I currently practice immigration law. It's just irritating that I didn't.

There is reciprocity, so I will need to wait for that time period requirement to file.

If charged and fined, how will they pay those fines? If charged and fined, what will happen to them if they do not pay their fine?
