He's got this in his locker. I know he's injury prone and that is an issue, but I'll never understand the intensity with which people want him out

And the biggest one is that Ange doesn’t seem to be learning from his mistakes, and while it’s fine to be steadfast in your principles it’s not fine to doing things like going into games vs low blocks and still benching our most technical player when he’s probably the most rested.

I’m too far off this really. There is part of me that thinks we could really end up regretting letting him go because there aren’t many managers who will come in and get it, and I can’t think of anyone who I’d want to come (doesn’t mean there isn’t one). But there are major issues right now

Oh I definitely think he should play them more than he has. I refuse to believe that Gray Bergvall, Lankshear, and Spence can’t offer anything otherwise we should have loaned them out/sold them

It sort of feels like he’s buying players more for the club than he is for Ange, which is fine but if you want to see returns on the likes of Gray and Bergvall then your manager has to play them more than he is, or neither of you are going to benefit

Yeah I think potentially sticking out on the Orient loan and adapting his game could be more beneficial, but the most important thing is minutes

So this loan is probably unlikely to be successful but if he’s to show the best of himself he probably needs to move to a higher level.
