I don't post a lot, but I am particularly proud of this paper. It's the first observational sample of binary companions to stripped envelope supernovae. And places constraints on the binary evolution physics.
It only took me 10 years to build with HST!

In these turbulent times for science, I can't resist putting out my "Case For Space". It's sometimes a little scary to speak up, but here I go. I hope this doesn't go viral. π

A gas structure seen in infrared. The gas appears red and orange, spanning from right to left. At the centre some young stars carved a "cave" inside the gas cloud, as their violent stellar winds pushed the gas around it. On the left some jets can be spotted, created by stars being born. Hundreds of stars and even galaxies can be spotted in the background, everywhere in the image.
Let's get back to Euclid's Early Release Observation (ERO)! π
This is a new version of mine of the Messier 78 observation by Euclid. I wanted to improve my first try from months ago, so here is it!
M78 is a nebula located some 1,350 light years away.

Another part of the same structure. Other pillars can be seen, in the same orange and blue colours.
You probably know the Pillars of Creation in Messier 16, let me introduce you to other pillars in our own galactic center! π

OMG. Last night's lunar eclipse -- as seen from the Moon!
The Blue Ghost lander got this shot. The Sun is overexposed, but in the reflection you can see it's almost fully eclipsed by the Earth. π§ͺπ
