The first direct demo of interstellar navigation using stellar observations from a remote spacecraft. A real achievement for NASA and the New Horizons team. Current circumstances are limiting NASA led press coverage though. So please share!

The humbling part about that Sagan encounter was that he knew who my dad was but not me. 😄

It’s my understanding that the CDC is now not recommending them. But if CDC removes recommending them then health insurance companies can decline paying for them. That’s a problem. And he also bypassed the independent advisory committee that is supposed to provide informed decisions on such things.

But nice rainbow afterwards.
