it feels like outside of the first week of a patch all people do is talk negatively about ffxiv, people have no joy anymore but still feel the need to play and perpetuate their negativity, it is exhausting to read tbh

it's almost like agh's labyrinth if everything was combat, I'd love to see more puzzle or 'fun' rooms but otherwise think this is the ultimate roguelike tbh.

pilgrim's traverse releases in 2 weeks and star rail 3.6 releases next week and I have no idea why I'm craving something new and fresh when I've been looking forward to both of those things. but also just wanna Game with people tbh...

watching shape of dreams more and I think it'd be a better purchase for me because I like the idea of co-op but I'd need co-op gamers to play it with...

the new characters like nachia and bismuth look so cool tho.

I think someone buying me Hades II or shape of dreams or just like someone creating ability draft outside of dota 2 would cure me of whatever video game fatigue or burnout I'm feeling tbh.

I care about the story still so this feeling kinda sucks to have. But waiting six weeks for maybe 5 hours of story that follows a safe and predictable pattern and then just being barren in terms of events or ways of getting jades beyond daily login has made it feel like a chore more than anything.

Gacha fatigue is so strong right now. I don't feel like I can make it to star rail 4.0 because at this point the game does not feel like it respects my time or investment. Maybe 2026 will truly be gacha free...
