I’m committed to making our streets safer for everyone β€” whether you’re walking, biking, driving, or taking transit. Through this video, I explain how traffic signals are approved to the final activation and safety checks. These steps help us build a city that moves safely for all of us.

My team and I are installing Walk Your Bike or Scooter decals across Ward 13 to make our sidewalks safer and more accessible for all. These decals help prioritize pedestrian safety, especially in high-traffic areas. Thank you to everyone for sharing their input on where to install these decals.

As part of our In The Ward series, my team and I walked through Cabbagetown, noting issues like broken stairs at Wellesley Park, missing sidewalks on Sackville, and appreciated bike path inserts at Riverdale Park West. And thank you to city staff for keeping our water parks clean during the heat!
