I understand you, sometimes it's good to take a break. Anyway, when I'm looking for ideas, I scroll through Pinterest or just lock myself in and think about what I'd like to do. I jot down ideas, even if they're vague.
Later, I go back, reread them, and try to make sense of them or add more details.
