We have a major problem with the media in both the US and the UK. Both are heavily right wing and both seem to have no interest in the truth or what is right.

I worked at a cafe when I was 17 the owner (in his 40’s) would make really inappropriate comments. His wife came in one day accusing me of having an affair with him and I was fired. The 80s eh! What a time to have been a woman!

I worked in a casino in my late teens/twenties. I was regularly touched up by managers & punters. A receptionist was raped by a high value punter, she was fired, he was still allowed to come in. I couldn’t complain without losing my job. That’s why we didn’t speak out earlier.
