I agree to a certain degree bc the format of 'Welcome to show here's a match' works well for AEW but in the same breath I'm a sucker for compacted promos into a certain slot (i.e. ECW Pulp Fiction promos).

Maybe the first 5 minutes of Dynamite with the promos couldve been after the first match ig.

My spicy take is that current AEW is the closest it's been to pandemic AEW but the main reason why a lot of people aren't feeling that is because the internet discourse around AEW is VASTLY different and we spend way too much time reading shitty wrestling opinions and not enough actually watching it
