For a while I had a WordPress site for Bill Watches Movies, but after a while, the costs for self-hosting got to be too much, so now I just use the website that Libsyn gives me for free!
It's uglier than a mud fence, but I'm not looking to grow an audience or gather email addresses.

I hate the fact that we're constantly having to jump ship after a certain level of enshittification is reached by each service. BlueSky is nice, but it's a small neighborhood and the engagement is much smaller than Twitter.
I love Twitters numbers but you gotta hold your nose, unfortunately.

I think there's a middle road here where you combine A with the latter part of B. 😉
