I've a nagging, back of the brain idea to start up another big Cthulhu campaign again. I've run three so far (Masks, HotOE and Eternal Lies) and only managed to finish one (Masks) due to various life events affecting players. But the urge is strong...

Managed to pull myself out of unemployment and starting my new role as the maternity cover for the Research Development Manager at Durham tomorrow. Usual pre- game jitters, but looking forward to this one - the program I'm working on and the team both look ace.

Ran Piagia 1348 last night at our local RPG meet up. Quite enjoyed this very narrative game about the black death creating revenants hungry for human flesh and the Church run army of specialist built to put them down. Improvisation grim, dark horror at its best.

Definitely not as bad as I was, but constant runny noise and sporadic cough here since 10th December. Still broken sleep, but that's mainly anxiety based now rather than my sinuses trying to kill me...
