It takes time, but I also learnt what my rhythms and thresholds are. If you have energy, unleash your scientist and collect data! (I found my periods/cycle was a big factor) Jessica Kelgren-Fozard has a few YT videos on energy tracking and management that I found helpful

Sally I’m so sorry for what you’re going through. I went through some dark times when I first got sick and it’s really tough. What helped me was celebrating every day where I could do the bare minimum to stay alive. Literally, if I could eat and sleep decently, and maybe a shower, I would celebrate
