Regulations are what keeps ordinary Americans healthy and, often, alive.

It took spoiled meat and rodent droppings out of our food. It took harmful lead out of our gasoline and paint. It took poison out of our water.

The abject lies are terrifying. How do you get beyond that when there is no one actually DOING anything to stop all of this evil. I know the Lord is in control, but someone’s gotta actively DO something. All the rational adults have abandoned the room.

We need to be loud, we need to be clear, ICE must be ABOLISHED!! No reform, No retraining, No acceptance, these people are lawless. Period

This is a massive problem. Not sure how we overcome willful lies despite what we see with our own eyes.

This is such a difficult teaching, but it is core to what we are to do as followers of Christ. May God be close to her and give her peace in the midst of this horrific injustice.

$470M to send National Guard into cities
$230M for Trump's DOJ "compensation"
$200M for Kristi Noem's jets
$100M for Trump's golf outings

But no money to lower your healthcare costs.

Man, Du Bois had some bangers, but for me, it doesn't get much better than his scathing indictment of the "Christianity" of the United States.

Certainly this was all true of the nation in his lifetime. But in my lifetime, his criticisms have never felt so true of the nation right now.

The constitution means nothing when there is no one willing to enforce it.

Senate Dems, do not cave. Ensuring healthcare premiums don’t surge is an 80-20 issue. They want to gut the ACA because their disdain for Obama far outweighs their concern for anyone’s health.

When a body is so broken that it is entirely dependent on the care of others or a mind is basically gone, we are called to give dignity to what remains, for it still houses one created in the image of God.
