espresso diary -

went with a coarser grind and tried a double instead of a single shot

might need to go one step even coarser bc some of my shot was getting choked

thinking i may need to get a wdt tool bc my tamps are so uneven

but definitely a better shot than my last three!

frustrated bc i shelled out $ for a decent coffee grinder and it’s being so finicky 😭

seems like espresso setting on my grinder is still too fine & my shot keeps getting choked

that or my tamp pressure is too much

or both :(

ik it takes practice but i just want good espresso in the morning

why are espresso shots so hard to dial in 😭
