One of my favourite Hampshire churches. St Mary and St Michael, Stoke Charity. A lovely brass of Christ ascending from the tomb.

He was bound to drop that scarf in some time zone or other.

A glass gravestone that looks like a window.

It's rare to spot glass gravestones in a cemetery, but it seems fitting in a place like Venice. This one is gorgeous - it looks like a window! If you look closely, you can see an etching of a man in the glass. /8

dug a little deeper and it’s looks like it’s from a marker at St. Peter's Church in Heysham, Lancashire, England. I hope it means this woman had a sense of humor, but it seems like not much is known about her.
