There’s no need for government to take over health care, nor is it clear that it could successfully. National health insurance is plenty adequate.

On the one hand, Sanders is staying true to his socialist principles. On the other, he’s okaying a government shakedown of a private sector company, assuming that the public has no interest in Intel’s success, and assuming that Intel will succeed (and not leave taxpayers holding the bag).
