I’ve been working on getting decent mixes before starting to record vocals on the current 10 album songs.
I also wrote lyrics for the final song #11 ! I plan on getting that one in the studio soon…just needs a little more songwriting.
I was asked recently why I released “Cuz I Waited” as the only single for my upcoming album when it’s not even heavy like the rest of the album will be?
It’s a song that immediately resonates with friends who knew the awesome person the song is about. It made sense to release it as a single.
I’m excited to say that all instruments are recorded on 10 songs for my album!
I have an 11th song in the writing stage, which I didn’t plan on, but this heavy rocker will fit right in!
I can guarantee that it will be the final song in the studio for a complete album.
Sam Rivers was the bassist for the best rhythm section in rock.
He will be missed.
