While I have some issues with it’s storytelling, I loved the movie overall.

With it’s familiar type of direction from James Gunn and how these characters are portrayed, especially Superman himself, it had me grinning from ear to ear throughout most of the film.

Gareth Edwards Rebirth shows more personality with it’s cinematography maybe not seen since the first 2 films, but feels like his most compromising in terms of creative control on an existing IP in comparison with Godzilla & Star Wars, and the film ultimately suffers for that.

The Original Lilo & Stitch has got to be in my top 10 favorite Disney Animated films of all time, so to say I’m upset over the apparent butchering of the original’s heart and messaging at the end would be an understatement.
