If possible, collaborate with your boss so they know to ask for a warrant, and to read the whole thing carefully. We have a duty to at least know what our rights are in the event of an ICE raid, to best protect our friends and coworkers. Ask your boss to run “fire drills.” Please, prepare.

If you’re an employee, do not talk to ICE. Don’t engage, and certainly don’t help. They aren’t allowed within the private areas of a business without a warrant. If you must speak to an agent, tell them to speak to your boss. That’s it. Know your rights within the workplace.
