Or a defender with a last ditch tackle that barely touches the ball first but takes out the attacker, also never a penalty.

I don’t blame Pedro for falling over, he and Saliba clashed heads. But there is no way that is given as a penalty in any game in the last 100 years. If you want to argue it *should* be, then fine, let’s discuss it with referees, but as things stand it is not. Appalling from Anthony Taylor.

I think that's a very generous penalty for Brighton, but that was a very tired second half performance in which we really didn't create anything.

I understand why, Brighton had more time etc, but we had so little on the bench and it again hammers home the need for January business/reinforcement
