I've ordered records remotely from the National Archives part of the St. Louis facility too, from NARA Atlanta, GA, and I regularly order records from NARA Kansas City, MO.

I've done in-person research at 3 NARA facilities (or 4 depending how we count): NARA Pacific Region in Laguna Niguel, CA, and then later when it moved to Perris, CA and became NARA Riverside. Also at Archives II in College Park, MD and NPRC in St. Louis, MO.

I was so disappointed when I saw it in person.

It was very good for me for a long time, and for my dad after he nearly died from a massive heart attack. But when I nearly died from not-yet-diagnosed T1D in 2014, WW no longer worked for me. But it had taught me how to measure & weight food, read ingredients on the labels, and do portion control.

I had to undo all of that same government & Weight Watchers programming that low-fat and non-fat were good for us. Those products are loaded with unhealthy sugars to compensate for no flavor.

I went clean keto on 7 May 2018 to get my crazy T1D (diagnosed 2014) under control and reverse my insulin weight gain. I'd been a longtime Lifetime Weight Watchers practitioner, but with insulin that would not work. I had a hard time feeling okay with adding fat back into my diet and cooking.
