This is also one of many reasons why I don’t date people who call themselves gamers anymore because if they can’t vote with their wallet when it comes to a video game issue, then they’ll seldom be willing to fight for much else in my experience.

Gamers are the worst with FOMO. Especially the Nintendo fanboys. I’ve only let FOMO with a game hit me once, and that was Death Stranding 2, which was worth every damn penny.

I used to live by a cult and had friends who escaped it. There is a wild difference between religious people and people being oppressed in a cult faith. Yes, a lot of religions can have oppressive views, but it is the choice of their followers to continue the faith. Learn to tell the difference

Yeah so has everyone else in the world, myself included. But I’m not using it to shape my world view and I certainly don’t see people as slaves in bondage because I refuse to dehumanize like that. It’s their choice to believe that way, just like it’s your choice not to.

I am not religious and I absolutely agree. Religious people aren’t slaves in bondage, and to think that way is dehumanizing and shows a lack of want to understand and see those people are regular people. It also gives off traveling missionary vibes.

I was at McDonald’s with a friend and the tv there had Fox News on (gross I know). We watched the speech from Putin. Trump’s lack of a poker face told everyone everything. We laughed the entire time.
