Epic anime-style (at least it’s supposed to be, anyway) sketch of a blue-haired elven water mage demonstrating her powers with some water floating over the palm of her hand, while glaring disapprovingly at the camera. In the bottom right is a small cartoon doodle of the same water mage remarking how I’ve never drawn her using her magic powers since I redesigned her outfit a little over two years ago. She’s also annoyed that I never finished the snake comic I started back in January of this year.

Procreate 5.4 finally dropped earlier this month, so I played around with a couple of the new @kyletwebster.bsky.social brushes in this update.

Specifically, I used the “Scopus” pencil brush for the lines, and the “Overland” pastel brush for the colors. Now to go back to that snake comic…
