He was now late, rushing up the stairs tripped and gashed his knee lots of blood we called medics missed rest of the match. Any solution that requires the ticket office staff actually being allowed to do something is doomed to failure. Want to view and change your seat? They will probably pull the H&S card.

The soccerbus to Bootle Strand, never enough buses. Unless you leave the match before the end they will fill up and go. So you then have on average a 20-25 minute wait for one to come back. I sound like a broken record but it is not good enough. Cue the super blues telling me how good it all is.
