right now we just use query-core satisfies QueryOptions and tack on adapter useQuery types in the specific packages

what do you recommend for library that supports react + vue (soon solid + svelte)

we'd love to use queryOptions and remove custom wrapper hooks for each framework, but queryOptions isn't in query-core (since useQuery is diff across adapters) and don't want to duplicate queryOptions for each adapter
