tastes like really lean chicken, it's a white meat so make sure to cook it thoroughly, were gonna try mixing it with some things next time we harvest, but if you need lean and universal, farm raised rabbit is a good option but if you don't grind it it's super tough

8 to 10 lbs of meat was humanly harvested today from four meat rabbits who lived a good, safe, well fed life, pelts have been saved for tanning, liver and kidneys for healthy dog food, hearts and lungs for fish bait, frames roasting for stock, and the rest went to predator bribes, very grateful 🙏 🥲
