Normalize inconsistency in your art. Normalize not making every art piece super detailed and intricate. Normalize just creating art for the sake of it.

Some days the pack opening cool down is TOO DAMN LONG

Bluesky has the energy of a class reunion right now.

You see folk you already were familiar with and get to see things they did that you had missed. Then you talk to some folk you don't have any memory of and find out your actually really dig them, now!

replies felt weirdly discouraged on twitter (at least to me) but I really recommend getting back into the habit of telling artists directly when you like their stuff. not even in an engagement farming way, it just feels nice. nobody's day is going to be worse hearing that you like their work
