though actually it might be quicker to take the hands and put them onto the skin unless the skin texture came with a layered photoshop/equivalent file

assuming hand textures work like i think they do and are attatched to a skin png (I'll get the specific name when i go back to my pc) you should be able to open up the files for each in photoshop (or photopea) and copy the star bits over to the hand files
