I’ve got the blues. Is it because current events have me down or because my teenager was unkind to me or because there’s a meteor hurtling towards us and I have less than 7 years to get ready?

I’m reading a really good book called “My Life: Growing Up Native in America” edited by @illuminative.bsky.social . It’s an anthology of essays and poems by Native writers. It is “a unique snapshot of what it means to be Native in the twenty-first century”. Loving it. Good stuff.
