I'm about a week through my new routine and everything is vastly improved.

My skin barrier sucks so I have rosacea, seborrheic dermatitis, and seasonal eczema (winter). I would only occasionally use a cleanser, but now I use a cleanser twice daily, moisturizer, and will eventually be adding azeliac acid when my flare ups have calmed/healed to keep it managed.
