I'm feeling the kind of sadness where it feels like your brain is dragging slowly along the pavement as time slowly pulls you behind, tied in place.

I just had to renew my membership at the rec center, which means that I did a full year of doing cardio every week. I also got temporary passes at other rec centers when traveling, so I was pretty consistent. I am moderately proud of myself today.
