Any time I feel less than beautiful, I have to remind myself that this is me Even when I can't see it as clearly as everyone else.

but thats mostly a me problem. best i can say there is keep trying, ive got at least 8 hours of just trance trigger training under my belt by now and can self trance about 50% of the time now without any induction

i did this alot over the past few years to help manage stress, it was not untill i entered the hypo kink that i relized that it can also help with this. it makes it easier to enter trance, but i also some times struggle to keep the state with out coming out of it or fully passing out.

so iv only been in the hypnosis space for about a week. i have found that if you take time and attempt to meditate and do your best to focus on strong steady breaths, while emptying your mind for as long as you can is a good way to prep for trance.

Any time I feel less than beautiful, I have to remind myself that this is me Even when I can't see it as clearly as everyone else.

I'm still in shock at this and half tempted to post a side by side of normal vs what ever that was last night as proof or something lmao.

I'm not sure, I was surprised by it myself. Only thing I can think of is that I did have a few arousal increase triggers used in a training audio before hand, and that maybe acted like edging lmao. im more shocked by the size thing myself I have no clue how that worked.

I just jerked off while under self hypnosis for the first time, my observations thus far have been. 1:my cock somehow grew even larger in size under the effects of a mixture of trigger phrases. 2:Incredible load size increase as well. 3:mental fail-safes are not effective against certain effects.
