An old fave of IG: angiviper as Elsa from “Frozen” at Comic Con Revolution 2019. I wanted to take a high key photo of her, but she was stuck at her booth. So I had her friend kneel behind her with a soft box while my friend Jason lit her from the front with a MagMod Magsphere. Love the classic vibe.

An old favorite… IG: @ aru.rinh from Anime Expo 2017. Such intricate texture and detail in the fabrics of her dress. Loved it.

Throwbackthursday to 2019 when I got to do four different shoots with IG: @ thedrpepperprincess and @ darthlexii (Happy Birthday, Lexi! 🥳) - Anime Los Angeles, Long Beach Comic Expo, WonderCon and a location shoot.

The shoots at the cons were assisted by my friend, Jason (IG: @ lightsmith_photo)

IG: @ heroic.armor.works as Hal Jordan, Green Lantern. I hadn’t used this camera in a while, and the battery died. I recharged it, but my camera settings had reset, so my camera shot in JPEG instead of RAW. 😩

I was still able to edit it in Lightroom Mobile and add a glow to his power ring. 😅

First big family get-together of the year yesterday at Amor y Tacos, a Michelin star restaurant 🧐

The Tour de Tacos plate was amazing. But I did a tequila shot that may have not reacted well with my meds. Fortunately I was able to nap in my car to gather myself.

From the archives, misselliehoneybee (currently on hiatus to enjoy her childhood) at Anime Los Angeles 2022. Her family and I shot in a thin strip of trees outside a parking garage (just 2 lights, one with CTO gel). This shoot truly showed me the transformative power of lighting in my photography.
