I'm getting addicted to Vietnamese-ish rice wraps. Today my filling was quorn, carrot, spring onion and pepper, dipped in some hoisin sauce. Even an old slipper can be delicious if wrapped and dipped this way. I have enough filling for tomorrow also (3 days then! 🐷)

We need centrism (or whatever one would call a rejection of all forms of extremism) - Solutions from sensible dialogue, mutual respect, recognising humanity & empathising with others, compromises. Maybe unfashionable, but I'll take them over dictatorships, propaganda, hate, war & violence.

I am very full of thoughts, worries etc. about the future. But can say, I'm very happy to hear the first wave of today's Oct 7 hostages have been released. I wish this to be the first step in what will be a long road to peace and healing from trauma on both sides. My heart goes to all affected.
