Note- Their GAC ban only includes puberty blockers, HRT, and surgery.

Female genital mutilation is defined as any procedure performed for non-medical reasons that involves partial or total removal of, or other injury to, the external female genitalia (and thus they're not attempting to apply it to people with penises).

They want laws against female genital mutilation to apply to bottom surgery to people of all ages, and for federal and state attorney generals to work together to prosecute surgeons providing bottom surgery.

They're saying it's ok for people to violate HIPAA to turn over patient records to prevent gender affirming care. They want to apply the parental kidnapping prevention act to target parents who take their kids to sanctuary states to acquire gender affirming care. Nasty.

They intend to stop Medicare, Medicaid, and insurance policies offered through the healthcare marketplace from covering gender affirming care. They intend to stop federal health insurance, diplomat insurance, postal worker's insurance, and Tricare from covering gender affirming care for children.

Goodness, this latest executive order is awful. It defines 18 year olds as children. They intend to pull all federal research or education grants from medical schools or hospitals that offer gender affirming care. See comments for more.
