There are many ways to live and experimentation is how we find ways that we never imagined. Here is one experiment:
www.youtube.com/watch?v=_rn0...
Now, there are people who can go into remission with one dose or one microdose cycle. Iβm living proof of that. But those people also tend to continue integration practices. Iβm also living proof of that, too.
12.02.2026 14:31 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Integration is just as important as the trip and we can't just give two doses and send people on their way like with SSRI's or other allopathic meds and expect it to magically change things.
12.02.2026 14:31 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0Psilocybin will open the door and walk through it with you, but it's not gonna carry you through it. You still have to take the steps.
12.02.2026 14:31 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0They live and work in a whole different paradigm and I think we should honor their paradigm, not try to force them into the biomedical model.
We need to make sure that we talk about the relational aspect of psilocybin before we put it into 'front line' use.
Iβm always looking at so much research with psychedelics, yoga therapy, and herbalism because thatβs the paradigm the biomedical model has set up. Butβ¦
I don't think putting medicines like psilocybin (or most herbal medicines) into the medical model will do as much good as we'd like to think.
Psychedelics arenβt a magic pill.
Theyβre amplifiers.
Same substance, wildly different outcomes. Why?
Nervous system. Trauma history. Relationships. Integration.
New research shows what you do while tripping helps direct neuroplasticity.
Set & setting arenβt optional. Theyβre directional.
"The licensing system also perpetuates the myth that healing is individual work. In our way, healing always happens in relationship - with family, with community, with the natural world, with the spirits."

Some practices are meant to be returned to.
Each Sunday we explore a different pranayama practice, meeting your nervous system where it is that week.

50β90% of healing comes from one thing. Not credentials.
Research shows outcomes are driven by the therapeutic relationship.
Connection. Safety. Being met.
When choosing a healer, ask: does my body feel safe here?
I am seriously considering finding a group of people to buy land and/or an abandoned village with to create a post capitalist healing community in the next year or two.
03.02.2026 12:29 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0βEveryday we wake up and collectively make a world together; but which one of us, left to our own devices, would ever decide they wanted to make a world like this one?β

I use powdered mushrooms as part of my microdosing support. The amount I take vs whatβs in most βfunctionalβ products isnβt even close.
No extract ratios. Tiny doses.
Mushrooms work. Underdosing is just health theater.
Today we begin.
Not to fix your body.
Not to push capacity.
But to listen.

Great podcast on Long Covid and how it fits into what we already know about psychedelics, pain, and inflammatory medicine. Also about how MDMA or psilocybin therapy, specifically, could help with Long Covid.

The work often is in slowing down.
Caving in.
Accepting the flare.
It's scary, but necessary.
If you want to use some of the tools this client used to slow down and find herself again, head here: whop.com/inner-evolut...
We forget about our natural rhythms, about our need for rest, about our own limits.
And we treat our bodies like machines; cut off from our thoughts and emotions, from the natural world, from our spirits.
What she wanted was a way to keep going. What she needed was a path to feel safe resting.
When we push ourselves past our limits, because of family pressure, societal pressure, or just because of fucking capitalism, we forget that we are human beings, not machines.
She decided to give in, stay in bed, and cave into herself.
That was my client who had been go-go-going for... forever. Slowing down felt like death, so she just kept pushing and pushing,
even when her body was shutting down.
Integration happens in the body, not the mind.
This Pranayama series explores breath for nervous system regulation and emotional processing. Especially supportive for integration work.

And I hope more of us to be able to honor those parts of ourselves. To do our best to not create for the sake of production, but because we are drawn to. To let ourselves be more often and do less. To create just for ourselves, not as a means to an end.

20.01.2026 12:15 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Chronic fatigue isnβt laziness.
For years, a hike meant a crash. Microdosing didnβt βfixβ me, but it helped my body remember what baseline energy feels like.
Not a high. Not a push. Just more internal room.
What would shift if we stopped judging fatigue and started listening to it?
