50β90% of healing comes from one thing. Not credentials.
Research shows outcomes are driven by the therapeutic relationship.
Connection. Safety. Being met.
When choosing a healer, ask: does my body feel safe here?
I am seriously considering finding a group of people to buy land and/or an abandoned village with to create a post capitalist healing community in the next year or two.
03.02.2026 12:29 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0βEveryday we wake up and collectively make a world together; but which one of us, left to our own devices, would ever decide they wanted to make a world like this one?β

I use powdered mushrooms as part of my microdosing support. The amount I take vs whatβs in most βfunctionalβ products isnβt even close.
No extract ratios. Tiny doses.
Mushrooms work. Underdosing is just health theater.
Today we begin.
Not to fix your body.
Not to push capacity.
But to listen.

Great podcast on Long Covid and how it fits into what we already know about psychedelics, pain, and inflammatory medicine. Also about how MDMA or psilocybin therapy, specifically, could help with Long Covid.

The work often is in slowing down.
Caving in.
Accepting the flare.
It's scary, but necessary.
If you want to use some of the tools this client used to slow down and find herself again, head here: whop.com/inner-evolut...
We forget about our natural rhythms, about our need for rest, about our own limits.
And we treat our bodies like machines; cut off from our thoughts and emotions, from the natural world, from our spirits.
What she wanted was a way to keep going. What she needed was a path to feel safe resting.
When we push ourselves past our limits, because of family pressure, societal pressure, or just because of fucking capitalism, we forget that we are human beings, not machines.
She decided to give in, stay in bed, and cave into herself.
That was my client who had been go-go-going for... forever. Slowing down felt like death, so she just kept pushing and pushing,
even when her body was shutting down.
Integration happens in the body, not the mind.
This Pranayama series explores breath for nervous system regulation and emotional processing. Especially supportive for integration work.

And I hope more of us to be able to honor those parts of ourselves. To do our best to not create for the sake of production, but because we are drawn to. To let ourselves be more often and do less. To create just for ourselves, not as a means to an end.

20.01.2026 12:15 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Chronic fatigue isnβt laziness.
For years, a hike meant a crash. Microdosing didnβt βfixβ me, but it helped my body remember what baseline energy feels like.
Not a high. Not a push. Just more internal room.
What would shift if we stopped judging fatigue and started listening to it?
or a combination that would be most helpful for your particular circumstance.
As far as frequency and number of sessions, that also depends on the client and their intentions. I have a couple of standard programs and packages with sliding scale prices on my website to make it easier to start.
I also ask that my clients practice therapeutic yoga (among other practices) outside of the sessions, with demonstrations inside the sessions when needed. This does not have to be asana, but could be pranayama, yoga nidra, cleansing practices, meditations, more philosophical practices,
16.01.2026 07:00 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0Often there is lots of talking: processing, making meaning, delving deeper into the shadow or blind spots. There is also often a lot of somatic & energetic processing, whether that is a somatic exercise, a meditation, Reiki, or some body-based cues I pick up on that we discuss and process.
16.01.2026 07:00 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0If we don't vibe, if you don't feel safe with me, I can't be helpful. And, because it's about our relationship, I don't have a "this is what a session looks like" pitch. Each session with each person is different, though always holistic.
16.01.2026 07:00 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0My approach is based in person-centered, relational work. I weave together the science that is available with the ancient wisdom of yoga, plant medicine, and energy healing. That includes yoga therapy, Reiki, and other somatic approaches, but the #1 focus is the relationship.
16.01.2026 07:00 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0What that means is that set and setting, including the activities we undertake for integration, have an outsized effect on outcomes. For that reason, I take a holistic approach to both preparation and integration.
16.01.2026 07:00 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0I wrote this to a prospective client, but their email bounced back. I decided it was a fairly good brief overview of what I do, so here you go!
We know that psychedelics are non-specific amplifiers and create activity-dependent neural rewiring.
βWe now know that pain can be turned on [6, 7], or turned up [5, 8], by anything at all that provides the brain with credible evidence that the body is in danger and needs protecting [9]β

So I often describe it this way:
A macrodose opens the door.
Microdosing helps you walk through it.
Slowly. Intentionally. With your feet on the ground.
Weaving what you touched in ceremony into the mundane, aching, beautiful reality of daily life.
Thatβs where the real medicine lives.
