Scarlett is a PhD student in Linguistics at Newcastle University with an interest in laboratory phonology, experimental phonetics, constructed languages, and language variation & change. Dr White is a Reader in Speech & Language Sciences in the School of Education, Communication, and Language Sciences at Newcastle University. His research relates to speech perception, speech production and their relationship.
