I 100% get this. I grew up with only getting like 1 game a year so the games I loved the most were time sinks that would last the whole year because I could always go back to them.

So that's the weird thing about XC2. Its combat is REALLY great and in depth... But you have to look up a guide for it. Game straight up lies about some of its mechanics and doesn't teach you ANYTHING. If u take the time to learn it's my favorite combat in the series.

Fair, tbh the episodes are coming out WAY faster than I thought which has been great.

Under telltale I would wait like a year for a new episode but they seem to be putting them out every couple months

If u were like me and when u got a switch all you had was xeno 2 and botw then genuinely I got around 1k hours out of my switch because of how massive those games were and how MUCH there was to explore. still not finished 100%ing xeno 2 after all these years it's that big. (100%ed botw 3 times btw)

Every blade in the game (essentially every weapon in the game) has a story mission to go with them and genuinely there are dozens that take hours to complete and see their development. Truly a wonder how they packed in so much. The problem can be the quality sometimes but still, it's amazing (2/2)

Tbh if u have trauma from 1, 2 might be worse. there's a lot to love abt 2 but the overly anime cliches really drag things down story wise. There is a LOT of game thou. Each side quest has fully named NPCs with a story to go with them that fits the themes of the game and world. (1/2)
