Just trying to make a generic base mesh I can reshape into other stuff.

I do like Mike Mignola's art. Black shadows are really fun and striking. I was trying to do something close to Killer7 or Viewtiful Joe.

I'm the most proud of the head. The body feels impactful to me. It's a combo of sloppy modelling and texturing.

I will take a look at that and see if it's what I'm trying to accomplish. I think it's mostly just my skill and me making it harder than it needs to be.

Fully emissive eyes look pretty neat against the shadows.

I don't like my texturing. I think I'll stop drawing on the texture image and just start coloring and drawing onto the model itself.

Shadows look cool over the eyes, but maybe I want them to be fully illuminated, or emisive at all times.

I'll add the finer details soon.

Time to start texturing.

just a quick shader test. I'm going to have to edit the normals on the front of the face.

I abandoned the very low poly look halfway through, but I might duplicate the finished model and edit it to be more low poly after. It might be easy to do that from a finished model, or at least, I hope.
