Mutual aid is not a contradiction or a distraction to the struggle for liberation. It is the foundation of it.

We are working in a coalition to build non-transactional community in Orange County and beyond, one that exists OUTSIDE consumerism, and encourages us to rely on each other.
Building power starts on the ground, and can be as uncomplicated as simply helping one another with day-to-day living.

I feel like I need to make a sign to tap that says, "If you claim that online organizing isn't effective/that organizing has to take place in person to be useful, you're basically telling a lot of disabled and chronically ill people that they don't have a place in the movement."
