"Labor organizing has always been plagued by all sorts of propaganda seeking to protect capitalism. One of the ways this has been done is through saneism. At this event we explore how capitalism turns this form of ableism against us all, and how we sometimes use it against each other."

This workshop is being led by a local group building transgender medical autonomy in the face of an increasingly hostile climate in the US. In this workshop, they will share how & why they started doing this work, offer proof of concept, & discuss how others can replicate or build upon this work.
