When I was 20 my anxiety was so bad it was hard to do some ordinary things, the pinnacle of which was going to the post office. I just got back from the post office and realised it was exactly ordinary. It’s not a huge thing, just a nice reminder of how things change over time.

It took three days for me - that’s how long it takes for the night time to shift with it where you’re tired at the correct time. Around a week or two the novelty will wear off and it’ll become a grind but that’s where you look for opportunities to commit or find ways to make it better then it’s good

Lol I do have an old fashioned alarm clock that I place further away from the bed so I have to get up to turn it off. Outside of that, I have done my best to make the morning desirable, breakfast and coffee, workout I enjoy, time to shower and get dressed without rushing. And the consistency is nice
