Joseph P. Kennedy, Jr. (JFK's eldest brother) died tragically after one such BQ-8 robot exploded prematurely en route to a V-3 (large-caliber gun) development site at the Fortress of Mimoyecques in northern France.

(Also many other sectors historically.) We still need good legislation, but it should encourage bottom-up advocacy, not squash it.
