I got asked in a discord why I always focus on cools and warms/values when I do studies/break downs/master studies.

We are more sensitive to contrasts than we are to color. So it's easier for me to study if I'm figuring out the contrasts that are making a picture work.

Protest sigh, reading "No thrones, no crowns. No kings." There is a T. rex, with trans pride colors (because), pinning a large-ish blonde man, wearing a dark suit and a weirdly long tie. A crown has been knocked lose from his head. Someone pointed out that it was funny that I had a tyrant king lizard on my "No kings" sign, and I told them she was a queen.

There was a shooting at the evening No Kings protest in SLC. It sounds like it might not have even been connected to the protest?

Ugh.

Stupid guns. Very scary.

Anyway, defund ICE. The GOP is a nightmare.
