A few days ago we spotted grey fox kits in our yard. Yesterday I had coffee out there which made this one a bit more cautious than normal and the siblings went back under the shed, but I thought this video of the fox looking at a bee and chewing a pine cone was pretty great π#fox #kits Westford, MA

Interesting. As someone who almost always has the urge to abstract and who has made many an apps script behemoth, I'm curious for details... what was the abstraction that slowed down your code?

As a subscriber, I'm able to create Custom GPTs which can hit APIs, so I built a Google Apps Script to serve up an API to ChatGPT that would let me track nutrition over time.
Took some time to write up my recent project to turn GPT into the world's easiest-to-use nutrition tracker. Since custom GPTs can hit any API, new chat capabilities just means building APIs. Anyone else doing this? www.tomhinkle.net/proj/nutriti... #chatgpt #googleappsscript #nutrition #fitness

And yes, I realize this is technically wrong in terms of references... here's an example of how it's broken, but since I mainly use this to make writing quizzes w/ pseudocode faster, I don't think it will be an issue :)

Gravel rider here. No Ragnaroks, but it just got cold enough I've switched over to my trusty Wolvhammers. 45nth also stands by them (I got a complete replacement after the boa closure-tongue interface broke on my first pair, and they even let me size up to make them even warmer w/ warmer socks).

The Garmin 1040 has a pretty incredible battery life, which can be nice when on extended trips. Power meter + Garmin's "power plan" can be great to help you pace yourself (I used it for a big 150 mile gravel day & managed to finish w/ no cramping - best I've ever paced myself on a big ride).
