Hating the haters and judging the judges amplifies hate and judgment in us and in the world. Amplify love!

When faced with anger or hateful words, pause and look beneath the surface. Often, there is fear, sadness, or worry behind the behavior. Viewing others with compassion, like scared children, fosters understanding. Listening deeply can bridge divides, heal polarization, and guide us back to love.
