Yea, i seen so much about how hard ref just makes everything completely harder. I Started to learn Interfaces in a way to try and prevent such a thing. Interfaces and Event dispatches are a absolute amazing tools.

First person shooters

Yea, I think reason i mentioned GAS myself as it could be very useful for things like Attributes. Since myself i see allot about them but it mostly results to learning gas for such a system, Along with Status effects and Costs. Which i may stick with for this since it feels easy to deal with.

I appreciate the insight allot!, I have been struggling to see what could work. But if i am not mistaken, If you are making a Single player game, Allot of it is kinda if it works it works?? Been looking at allot and planning.

Another weekend, another couple hours on my bunny project.

Lucky's now drifting about and she vanishes when certain actions happen or if she's too far away. She comes back a few seconds later. She also vanishes if she's in the way of the camera during combat.

Seeing all of your work is honestly inspirational. Would like to ask, What systems do you use? Things like GAS (Gameplay Ability System) And do you have any recommended lessons or tutorials on understanding more. Been learning and wanting to make a game myself but it can be allot for one person.

I get this too often, Sometimes though when it comes to it i think it's best for it to excist first and then maybe figuring out something later, But again If it works, It works. But also depends on what you want to do with the functionality.
