The colonization never stopped, it evolved. Education, exposure and people power. I have worked with communities in Africa to overcome historical inequalities mainly through education, increasing their access to places of influence/power, and facilitating mobilization for local ownership. It works!

One way is to build a global workforce that can practice equal value of diverse skills, knowledge & expertise.

This will facilitate equitable opportunities-Eg Tribal communities can be Lead Authors in research papers about their culture & funding for their resilience can be trusted in their hands.
